Delivery and Rates

All products on stock ordered before 13.00h will be shipped out on the same day.

For some special articles, a preparation is needed so it may happen that they are shipped next day in the morning. For other articles which are not in stock and need to be ordered from the manufacturer itself, we will also organise the shipment as soon as possible. The manufacturer also has good delivery times, and we forward the products on the same day of their arrival so most of the products specially ordered also get shipped out within a week.

For most articles, we are currently offering a special transport rate of 49,00 EUR via DHL Express.

Deliveries are usually done within 3 working days worldwide. For bigger amount, a special calculation may be needed.

DIBS
Dibs Card  

Dibs is a Visa and Master card processor, wich is secure and worldwide used.

You are redirected to a secure Dibs website before you enter your credit card details.

 

PAYPAL
Paypal Card  

Paypal is the world's largest payment method, and is mostly offered by all online shops in the world.

You can pay from your PayPal balance or just pay directly with your credit card trough PayPal.

Payment is done on PayPal's website.

 

INVOICE

If you select Bank Transfer in checkout, it is possible to get an order and pay it trough bank as a normal wire transfer

All the bank and payment details can be found on the order after you have placed the order.

CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel the goods you should inform Sedox Performance AS email or telephone. If you choose to send the email you must send an email to [email protected] with order no subject line.


COMPLAINT

If there is a defect in the item, you must send a written notification (e-mail, fax or letter) to the give Sedox Performance AS, within a reasonable time after you discovered it, that you want to invoke the defect.
Sedox Performance AS will then give you information on what to do next. We will process the complaint in accordance with normal procedure.
In special cases where we need to return the product to our supplier for clarification, we reserve the right to repair the product if possible.
The rules concerning complaints are the Law on Consumer Purchase (consumer law).


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

According to consumer law, cancellation period applies to 14 days from the day the buyer received the item.
If you regret your purchase, simply return the unused item in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, you will then be refunded what you paid.
Buyer pays return postage. 

The right of cancellation applies only to consumer purchases, sales to business / enterprise incorporated are not covered  by consumer law.

 

WARRANTY

If an additional warranty is granted on the item, this gives rights to the customer that go beyond the rights automatically entitled under consumer law.
