Delphi MT05 (FID:2) is based on the MCU Infineon SAK-XC164CM-16F40F with internal flash memory 128Kb.
Delphi MT05.2 (FID:1) is based on the MCU Infineon SAK-XC164CS-32F40BB with internal flash memory 256Kb.
Delphi MT05 HD CAN (FID:30) is based on the MCU NXP MC9S12XEP768 with internal flash memory 768Kb.
